Overview
TubeJolt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
This page describes the information that should be present in these notices. It is designed to make submitting notices of alleged infringement to TubeJolt as straightforward as possible while reducing the number of notices that we receive that are fraudulent or difficult to understand or verify.

TubeJolt is a video aggregation platform that embeds videos from third-party sources. We do not host, upload, or store any video content on our servers. All videos are embedded from external platforms and APIs. If you believe content infringes your copyright, you should also contact the original hosting platform.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on TubeJolt infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
1. Physical or Electronic Signature
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of Infringing Material
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide the specific URL(s) of the content on TubeJolt.
4. Contact Information
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
5. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, TubeJolt has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, content that is found to be repeatedly infringing. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
